Please send following documents for your P.I.O application.

•  P.I.O application form filled and signed.   Download Here:

•  Visa supermarket order form filled and signed.  
    Download Here:

•  Your previous Indian passport.

•  Four identical, colored passport size photographs

•  Your birth certificate - showing your parent's Indian origin

•  Parent's Indian passport/birth certificate/U.K Passport.

•  Your old Indian passport / your previous passport

•  Your spouse's Indian passport / birth certificate along with your marriage certificate.

Processing time - 3 to 4 weeks from the day we receive your application form along with all necessary documents. If you give us your mobile number we will confirm you by text message when we receive your documents and when we send your documents to you.
