• Your old passport with valid long term visa issued by HCI-London.
• Your new passport.
NOTE: If there is change in your name in the new passport, you need to provide a proof of same.
- If name change is because of marriage, please provide a copy of marriage certificate.
- In case name change because of other reasons, please provide and affidavit for the change of name.

Processing time -
